- "Subs or dubs?": Dubs, with some exceptions.*
If I think a dub is truly awful (
Angel Beats!) or relies heavily on references to Japanese culture (
Lucky Star) I go for subs in those cases.
Azumanga Daioh falls under both categories for me.
Current Obsessions
- Haruhi Suzumiya: This quickly became one of my all-time favorite anime (despite Endless Eight nonsense), at least partly due to so much Rewatch Bonus it's not even funny.
- Kyon: Big Damn Hero: Durandall writes excellent fanfiction in general, and BDH is the single best fanfic I've ever read.*
Not that I've read much to begin with.
Fair warning: This fanfic crosses over with Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. While the crossover is not the premise of the story, references to events from Higurashi can be found throughout, and chapter 16 specifically contains massive spoilers.
- Guild Wars 2: Not the MMO Messiah many people are making it out to be, but looks to be an excellent game regardless.

- Durarara!!: Specifically the anime.
- Any and all Blizzard Entertainment franchises. I'm not a blind fanboy, but I do like their games.
