• Uncredited Role: The end credit, With Special Thanks To, lists all the writers and artists who created the comics' stories, characters, and cover-images featured or referenced in the episode but excludes Louise and Walt Simonson, though Louise was listed with the previous episode, and they were very involved with both Inferno and the Goblin Queen. Since the episode excludes and repudiates everything that they contributed to both Maddie Pryor and Inferno, it appears the showrunners saw it fitting to omit credit to the Simonsons by extension.
