• Why the Fandom Can't Have Nice Things: At the start of this story, the author sometimes replies to reviews, giving sneak peeks and clarifying how he wants the story to go and is generally friendly, though he does have a sarcastic streak in his author's note at times. As the story grew in popularity though, so did the haters and the toxic reviewers. It ended up with the author suffering a Creator Breakdown and stopping, and eventually deleting, the fanfic altogether, along with no longer responding to private messages.
