• Refitted for Sequel: "Soul Offering" was written by Ken Sorceron in the mid-2000s and sat unused for well over a decade, as it didn't fit in with what Abigail Williams was doing at the time and was even less suitable for the other projects he had going on. During the writing process for Between the Worlds of Life and Death, Ken dug through his unused material, found that song, and realized that it was a perfect fit for what they were trying to do on that album.
