- Friendly Rivalry: This quest's superboss and Autimecia from Link's Quest for the Hookshot 2: Quest were made as an "arms race" of sorts between Evan and Moosh. The goal was to see who could make their superboss the tougher of the two; overall, the winner seems to depend on whether you consider Link's Quest's Anarchy mode as a legitimate difficulty setting, among a few other factors.
- Word of God: According to Evan, the official names for the orb guardians are Kholdorm, Trinexx, and Hauntrock (in order). The minibosses (other than Patra and Vire) don't have official names, although he generally refers to the witches as Koume, Kotake, and Reaperrova.
