• Ascended Fanon: In the earlier Trials games, played came up with a way to label their custom tracks as being even more difficult than Extreme courses by using an unofficial 'Ninja' difficulty tag. Later games, namely Trials Rising, would later use this difficulty tag officially, as well as including Ninja-difficulty tracks as part of the base game, as a secret reward for clearing all Extreme tracks with at least a Gold medal.
