• Acting for Two: The Big Bad Anton Lazar, all of the Patriarch's cultists, as well as the Patriarch himself are voiced by Gianni Matragrano. In the case of the Patriarch and Lazar having the same voice actor (though not quite the same voice), it makes sense as both are clones.
• Dummied Out: While most of the unused NPCs in the TMod Sandbox are clearly joke characters (British soldiers, characters from Counter-Strike, characters from S.T.A.L.K.E.R., etc) there's one unused Horizon-aligned faction labeled "Pirates", potentially indicating there was going to be a mission/side mission on a boat that was cut. Some other NPCs that don't seem to be in the game (at least on regular difficulties) include a Black Ops Heavy Soldier with a shotgun called a "Bulldozer", and a Degraded Boss version of the Chaplain HVT called "Captain Wannabe" with heavy armor and a minigun.
