• Creator Backlash: The author has said that he's regretted making Duncan the main villain on the sole basis of him being his least favorite character.
• Creator's Favorite: Harold is the author's favorite character, which he admitted as to why he plays such a huge role in the story.
• Schedule Slip: The second to last chapter was uploaded on October 2016. The story then went all of 2017 without receiving a single update, until the author finally uploaded the final chapter on January 2018.
• What Could Have Been: The author has admitted that, had he wrote Duncan more akin to his canon self, he would have been eliminated for refusing to help his team during the dodgeball challenge. Noah would have become the leader of the Screaming Gophers after using his strategies to win the challenge, and would have eventually become the Big Bad of the fic after letting the power go to his head.
