• Screwed by the Network: Overlap delayed the publishing of Volume 9 of the light novel multiple times from a 2018 release date until October 2019, much to the frustration of the author. This lead to the web novel also going on hiatus from 2018 to 2021, where it received irregular updates until November 2022. Many believed the series to be canceled until the surprise announcement of a February 2024 release date for Volume 10, four years after the publishing of Volume 9.
