• Distanced from Current Events: Due to the ending (which involved a line of children being electrocuted to near-death) this episode had to be delayed from its original premiere date of the 26th March 1996 due to the Dunblane Massacre. "At the Double" was aired in its place and it eventually aired on "At the Double"'s intended air date, the 9th of April.
• Out of Order: This episode was intended to be the third episode of Series 6 aired, but was shunted back to fifth after the Dunblane Massacre.
