• Outdated by Canon: When working with a character whose secrets were made obvious but not elaborated on at the time, it is inevitable that some elements would end up different in canon.
  • Kasen's appearances from the first episode do not resemble her Oni form from the final 2 chapters of Wild and Horned Hermit and make no mention of her original personality.
  • The series is under the impression that Kasen wishes to retrieve her arm to reattach it. The final chapter of Wild and Horned Hermit shows that she actually intends to seal away her arm again.
  • The series accurately predicted that Kasen had larger horns before her time as a hermit, but it depicts her as needing to break them and cover the stumps with her Odango Hair covers. The final chapter of Wild and Horned Hermit shows that her horns just shrink when her arm is missing.
