Word of God: In the DVD Commentary, Tom Kenny said the Volcano Sauce Drop face was shot in the Nickelodeon Studios bathroom. He put red makeup on his face, and was told to roll his eyes around and act all crazy. After it was shot, the red makeup wouldn't come off Kenny's face well enough for the rest of the day, making it seem like he had high blood pressure.
