• Approval of God: After initially being worried that the episode would be inaccurate and insensitive to people with Tourette Syndrome, the Tourette Syndrome Association wound up releasing a press statement where they commended the creators for doing their research and providing mostly accurate information about TS to the audience, particularly for showing that most people with TS have tics other than involuntary swearing. Their only concern was that the younger audience might use the episode as an excuse to make fun of people with TS.
