• Billing Displacement: Lucille Ball and Ann Miller are prominently featured on posters for the movie and are listed in the credits right after the Marx Brothers, even though they have only minor supporting roles in the story.
• Friendship on the Set: Harpo Marx and Lucille Ball became friends during filming. This eventually led to Harpo's appearance in the classic I Love Lucy episode "Lucy and Harpo Marx".
