- Based on a Dream: It turns out the original idea for the game was formed when the creator jotted down what he saw in a dream. In said dream, the ball was metal rather than inflatable.
- Dummied Out: In Kula World and Roll Away, the 9th hidden level note and the tutorial level.
- What Could Have Been: The developers were originally going to make a futuristic tunnel racer before Söderqvist suggested the game that ultimately came about. Also, jumping wasn't originally part of the equation and the ball was at one point going to be a mouse-type creature.
