  • Lucia and Amelia were meant to have a "will-they-won't-they" relationship for a large chunk of the fic before the author decided to cut this in favor of a Relationship Upgrade in Chapter 6.
• Word of God: According to the author, Lucia is an explicit lesbian.
• Writing by the Seat of Your Pants: By the author's own admission, Chapter 6 was written on the fly, specifically for the purposes of resolving the Unresolved Sexual Tension between Lucia and Amelia.
