Trivia / Nothing Is Sacred

  • Corpsing: While under the guise of a proud Egyptian duelist, Stella has to continuously stop herself from bursting out in laughter when her opponent forces her to reshuffle her hand to get rid of one of her monsters only for her to once again draw the exact monster her opponent was trying to get rid of. Neither of them can help but comment on the unlikelihood of such an occurrence.
  • What Could Have Been: The starting deck chosen at the beginning of the quest also determined which of the Monarchs would become Stella's patron. The ritual deck allowed Stella to make contact with Raiza, but the Tri-Horned Dragon deck would have had her work with Granmarg, the Zoa deck with Thestalos, and the Sengenjin deck with Zaborg.
  • Word of God: Arkanian reveals some additional story information on the quest's forum and Discord. They also award one OOC question for a completed Omake. Information gained from OOC questions include:
    • The secret rewards available in Duelist Kingdom are two of the Legendary Planet cards that have been hidden somewhere on the island. The two American finalists were told about the card's existence and given a hint as to where to start looking for them.
    • Zaborg used to work under Kuraz the Light Monarch. Kuraz's previous squire attempted to usurp his position, so Kuraz became distrustful and abused Zaborg until he fought back. The reason Zaborg initially wanted Marik to become his Chosen is because, on paper, Marik is a good candidate who he can sympathize with; he possesses a Millennium Item and is the head of a global card seeking organization who wants revenge for what happened to him in the past. Once that fell through, and after enacting a number of additional safety measures, Zaborg sought out Camula due to her also being a powerful candidate with similarly relatable motives.
