- Creator Backlash: A downplayed version with the cover of "American Pie". While Madonna didn't regret recording the song she only included it on this album because a record company executive insisted. It was left off GHV2 as "punishment".
- Hide Your Pregnancy: Madonna was several months pregnant with her son while shooting the video for the title track. Her bump was hidden by having her sit down for most of the video and using animation for anything that required her to move.
- What Could Have Been: There was supposed to have been a fourth single, but Madonna and the label couldn't agree on which track. She wanted "Impressive Instant" (which was released as a club promo only single with remixes by Peter Rauhofer), while the label wanted "Amazing", which she felt was too similar to "Beautiful Stranger".
