The most well known spoof is of course The Two Ronnies' "answer the previous question" sketch. By extension, The Burkiss Way, where the sketch originated, is another example. Said sketch was also replayed in Shattered, Channel 4's sleep deprivation experiment series.
Russ Abbot had a sketch in which the contestent for Masterbrain of the Universe didn't know the answer to a single question, but his incredulous retorts just happened to be the correct answer.
