Trivia / History Bites

• The Cast Showoff: Ron Pardo sang and played guitar in a few sketches, usually as either a stand-up comic or kids' show host.
• No Budget: This show was clearly made on such a extremely low budget it's a wonder Rick Green didn't sell it to a studio that had better funding. "Crowd scenes" are portrayed by small groups of people, children are played by adults kneeling down, and there are almost no real animals whatsoever.
• Production Posse: The show was produced by Smith & Smith Productions, which also made The Red Green Show, which Rick Green co-created with Steve Smith. Several Red Green actors also appeared on History Bites, such as Green himself, Bob Bainborough, Wayne Robson, Peter Wildman and Patrick McKenna.
