Asides from picking up the role of Pip Bernadotte when his original actor became hard to reach, he voices several minor characters like Luke Valentine, Reginald Penwood, and many incidental voice lines. Lampshaded by [=Takahata101=] himself, stating the "default option" was to cast Scott for auxiliary characters in the Creator Commentary marathon stream.
** Taka stated during the same marathon stream that casting {{Creator/Lanipator}} as [[BigBad The Major]] was an attempt to avert this for Lani specifically, but Lani ended up playing one incidental Hellsing organization member in Episode 9 anyways.

* TheCameo: Takahata took this and flat out ''sprinted'' with it when it came to voicing the various Nazi vampires and church soldiers because he just had that many roles to fill. Most, if not all of them, are fellow [=YouTubers=] who were big fans of ''Hellsing Ultimate Abridged'' prior.

* CrossdressingVoices: Jesse Nowack (Nowacking), a transgender man, voiced "Police Girl" Seras Victoria. Granted, this development mostly applies in the last two episodes, as he didn't come out as trans at the time.

Beyond just being a mild TakeThat toward the ''[[Literature/TheTwilightSaga Twilight]]'' hatedom, it was likely also a jab at how they started the series. During the Marathon Taka and Kaiser confirmed that this was indeed a jab at their dated joke.
