Anachronism Stew is not a Trivia item and also does not mean "it is possible to observe a minor historical inaccuracy"

* AnachronismStew: When Harry and Arthur Weasley are travelling to the Ministry of Magic meeting, they are in a tube station, with passengers passing through the ticket gates using Oyster cards[[note]]a smart card that can be preloaded with funds for travelling around London's public transport systems[[/note]]. J. K. Rowling has gone on record as saying that Harry Potter was born in 1980, therefore meaning the book was set in 1995/96. Oyster cards weren't introduced until 2003. However, all the films tended to subtly update the setting to the time of shooting, with the first film even featuring 2001 on a newspaper.

wrong book, that was supposed to go to Deathly Hallows

* AccidentallyCorrectWriting: [[https://www.dailydot.com/irl/rowling-harry-potter-gender-identity-tweet-thread/ A Twitter thread]] observed that the "Battle of the Seven Potters" sequence inexplicably manages to display a better grasp of gender identity and pronoun preference than its now-infamously transphobic author. Hermione, a cisgender female, takes Polyjuice Potion to transform into Harry, and given that she complains about such details as getting Harry's terrible eyesight, we have no reason to believe her genitals didn't also change for the duration. Nevertheless, Harry's InternalMonologue continues to correctly refer to her in the feminine, as her gender identity didn't change even though her physical sex presumably did.

* AccentDepundent: The sorting hat's song rhymes "Gryffindor" with "Ravenclaw" twice. This works perfectly well in non-rhotic accents (like most accents of Creator/JKRowling's native England), but not at all in rhotic accents (like most American accents).
