• What Could Have Been: The game was made by a group of developers that originally worked on the unreleased Imperium Galactica III: Genesis. Due to a combination of a bankrupted publisher and creative differences between the devs that led to a split up, those that stayed with Digital Reality developed Haegemonia, while the group that separated formed their own company, Mithis Entertainment, and developed Nexus: The Jupiter Incident.
