• Screwed by the Lawyers: For a long time, the first three seasons were only available on CD and not as downloads, mainly because when the actors negotiated their contracts the idea of downloading files wasn't a thing yet, and the contracts had never been renegotiated to include that format. In early 2018 the situation was finally worked out, making the earliest series available.
