  • Colbert Bump: The game was featured as a stretch goal for a WayneRadioTV fundraising event, treated as a comedic punishment. The charity goal was met, giving the forgotten game some new publicity.
  • Saved from Development Hell: The game had originally been planned as far back as 1995, with Accolade producing it for the Playstation. As Accolade was in financial troubles however, creator Brian Silva took his pitch to Sega and Visual Concepts, who picked it up and asked him to start developing it for the upcoming Dreamcast. The game was publicly announced in early 1999, months before the Dreamcast's US launch, and was rumored to even be out in time for the launch lineup. The game would end up not seeing release until July of 2001, several months after the Dreamcast was discontinued.
  • Stillborn Franchise: The game was intended to have more than one episode, along with DLC costumes for Moigle, but due to the game coming out at the end of the Dreamcast's lifespan, these plans were cancelled. The DLC costumes, which were integrated on the disc, were eventually released via a fan-patch by fans and one of the former developers years later.
