• Author's Saving Throw: After receiving opinions about Cinnamon's portrayal, Umino Aoi decided to rewrite their dialogue (you can see the final result here) and get in contact with actual transgender/non-binary people to ask for their opinions.
• Trolling Creator: Umino Aoi has shades of this, at least when the questions about Chili and the Riddle for the Ages related to her past and why is she so evil come up. For example, here.
• What Could Have Been:
  • Word of God confirmed on a post in their Tumblr account that Sissy's first design would have different colors, including green for the hair.
  • There was going to be a duo of characters representing, specifically, cheese and pasta, and they were supposed to make a Power Trio with Tomato, but they were cut out. Here the creator ended up recreating the concept designs from memory.
• Word of God: Quite a bit of info has been revealed in the creator's Tumblr account, majorly thanks to asks.
  • Strawberry and Grape are homosexuals, and Dumpling is demi-bisexual.
  • Nearly every character in the game is in their 20s. The only exceptions to this are Tomato (18 years old), Candy (16 years old), Milk (32 years old), and Chili, whose age is unknown.
  • Dumpling was supposed to share a district with Milk, but he decided to greet the newcomers instead.
  • Chili's place is right before the way out of town, and some people call it the Red Forest. This recent post also has some info related to Chili.
  • Sissy/Passion Fruit becoming so hungry and crazy at the 1st playthrough's end is a combination of Butter and Bread drugging her food (which also has confirmed to help keep the town's cute glamour), and guilt after talking to Cinnamon.
