  • Duke is played by Rocci Williams, who's British.
• Method Acting: Stephen Lang worked with The Northeastern Association for the Blind in Albany, to more accurately depict someone who was blind.
• Not Screened for Critics: Reviews were not made available on Rotten Tomatoes until the film began screening for audiences. Despite this, the reviews generally were mixed/polarizing rather than atrocious, though they were a comedown from the first film.
• Reality Subtext: Raylan says he was dishonorably discharged from a dishonorable war. The actor, Brendan Sexton III, played an American soldier in Black Hawk Down, later criticized the film as pro-military American propaganda, and then claimed to have been blacklisted for his remarks.
