• Bad Export for You: BBC America's broadcast of the episode was advertised as a global simulcast, airing at 1:45 EST to match its airing in the UK. Despite this, it ran with full commercial breaks for a two-hour timeslot, gradually falling out of sync with the UK broadcast, which aired with no ads and thus ended an hour earlier than the American broadcast. But even more gratingly, the closing credits were either aired with a promo over them or omitted completely during each run, meaning American fans didn't get to experience the brand new theme arrangement that was saved specifically for said credits.
• Defictionalization: Someone made a fake RyanS YouTube channel, complete with both videos shown during the episode.
• No Stunt Double: At the premiere of the episode in Sheffield, Jodie Whittaker revealed that, for this episode only, she did all of her own stunts.
• Word of God: Chris Chibnall confirmed later on that the Doctor's comment about not buying women's clothing in a while was Foreshadowing the Timeless Child arc.
