• Lying Creator:
  • After it became clear that the cover showed scenes from the actual comic, many readers began to speculate that Hunter wasn't really dead because there scenes of him on the cover that hadn't happened yet. Jason Shiga put the idea to rest by claiming a lot of the content on the cover was actually Concept Art that didn't make it into the book. Then Hunter came back for real.
  • Exactly one thing from the cover didn't make it into the actual comic, but it had nothing to do with Hunter.
