• This fight was done before by a similar series called Fatal Fiction. The reason why Astro Boy loses in their fight is because they use one version that matches Mega Man than simply doing a composite, which would make Astro Boy stomp Mega Man by a landslide according to Death Battle.
  • However, in their conclusion they said that composite Mega Man will still win against composite Astro Boy. It refers to compositing Mega Man with series such as Mega Man X, Volnutt, and other Mega Man series with Mega Man (not Zero or ZX protagonists) as the main character.
