  • Development Gag: A description for the Spectran TI tells it's a "Stolen Police Vehicle". This was a leftover from when the car was simply named "Police Vehicle".
  • Dummied Out:
    • There are screenshots for three cut introductory races that would've taken place before "The Right One For The Job?", introducing the players to the basics of Race, Stunt Show and Wrecking Match. A beta screenshot for the aforementioned mission can also be found.
    • The Hunter XT-5 has a hidden, possibly incomplete vinyl named "Impact Turbo" among the game files.
    • In addition to Miniguns and Missile Launchers, Mines would've been added as purchasable weapons. In the end, only the model survived as a prop.
  • Official Fan-Submitted Content:
    • The Cube RS car got a new fan-contributed vinyl for Redline Edition in its 1.5.28 update called "Black Stripes".
    • The Ironhorze V8 car got a new fan-contributed vinyl for Redline Edition in its 1.5.42 update called "Blue Stripes", a variation of the already existing two stripes.
  • Refitted for Sequel: There was a cut vinyl for the Spectran TI in the original game named "Polizei". It was restored for Redline Edition.
  • Staff-Created Fan Work: The beta version of the Apachee was later released as a free, downloadable add-on car by the devs themselves.
  • What Could Have Been:
    • The original plot of the game had the player involved in 24 races against 5 opponents while being sponsored by a video nerd called "Gerd", who would record the races and sell them in their shop in exchange for weapons, cars or tuning kits.
    • While the game shipped with 12 vehicles, it was originally meant to have between 15-20 vehicles, with three of them being the Cycore DV2 (based on the Gen 2 Dodge Viper GTS), the Trance Mortar 4 (based on the Volkswagen Transporter T4) and a Hatchback (resembling a Renault Twingo I). There were also mentions about a jeep and a monster truck.
    • The Spectran TI was originally based on the Opel Vectra A.
    • The Firespitter Evolution '89 had a front-wheel drivetrain.
    • The stripes in the "Yellow Stripes" vinyl for the Lamborghini-like Judge 5000 DV were originally black. It also had another vinyl that was cut from the final game, as well as a rear-wheel drive layout.
    • Instead of being outright based on a Lamborghini, the Apachee Super Turbo 220X would resemble the Bugatti EB 110 GT.
    • The Incubator was originally meant to resemble the Isdera Imperator 108i mk2.
    • Players would originally have been able to customize their License Plate, as well as having flip-flop painting.
    • Performance Kits would have also affected the missile capacity of a vehicle.
    • There was a performance upgrade called "Jet Engine".
    • The soundtrack would have featured Trance and Rap songs.
  • Working Title:
    • The Cube RS's previous name was "Wolf".
    • The Spectran TI was originally called "Police Vehicle".
    • The Firespitter Evolution '89 was originally named "Fireburnz".
