- Ascended Fanon: One comic featured Huntyr at home with his girlfriend and a few commenters thought it was his mom and he lived at home. Straub declared it canon.
- Missing Episode: For some reason, the current version of the website (as of July 2023) omits all the strips before August 10, 2008. The first strip actually ran on March 12, 2008. These older strips can still be viewed through the Internet Archive Wayback Machine, here.
- Promoted Fanboy: Huntyr Chase was a commenter who was infamous for his overuse of "first" and the perverted remarks that would usually follow.
- Schedule Slip: The five-strips-a-week schedule fell by the wayside a long time back. And as of January 2020, the strip had not been updated at all for sixteen months. Though given that the schedule is no longer posted anywhere on the website, it's hard to tell the difference between "slip" and "deliberate choice".
