Trivia / Bruce Lee Fights Back from the Grave

Go To

  • Acting for Two: Many of the actors responsible for the English dub conspicuously voice more than one character, with the same actors dubbing both Go Hok Han and Sasaki, the cowboy drug smuggler and the police officer who's seen with the chief, and the black drug smuggler and (at least initially) Welby.
  • Alan Smithee: In addition to Jun Chong being credited as "Bruce K.L. Lea", most of the crew are credited under Chinese-sounding pseudonyms, presumably in an attempt to give the impression that it was a Hong Kong film rather than a South Korean one.
  • Fan Nickname: Something Awful's review coined a few for some of the characters who go without names, including "The Black Hatchet" for the African-American drug smuggler (as he tries to kill Wong Han with a hatchet, and the reviewer thought his cape made him look like some kind of wannabe superhero) and "The Award-Winning Bare-Chested Man" for Susan's would-be rapist (as he wears nothing above his waist other than a large, gold medallion).
  • The Other Marty: Welby's voice actor inexplicably seems to change during his final scene, resulting in his going from having a harsh, gravelly voice to a baritone.
  • Pop-Culture Urban Legends: Despite what the poster implies, Italian exploitation director Umberto Lenzi (of Cannibal Ferox fame) had nothing to do with the film's production.
