Trivia / Birth of the Tenth! Gather All Kamen Riders!!

• One-Episode Wonder: Can be viewed as the first and only episode of the Kamen Rider ZX series that never was.
• Role Reprise: Of the first nine Kamen Riders, approximately a third reprise their roles. That is, Shiro Kazami / Kamen Rider V3 (Hiroshi Miyauchi), Joji Yuki / Riderman (Takehisa Yamaguchi) and Kazuya Oki / Kamen Rider Super-1 (Shunsuke Takasugi).
• What Could Have Been: The TV special was intended to generate interest for an ongoing ZX TV series, but nothing came out of it, and it wouldn't be until 3 years later that another Kamen Rider series would air.
  • At one point Mitsunobu Kaneko who is most famous for playing Daisaku Kusama/Johnny Sokko in the live action Giant Robo toku from the 60's auditioned to play the role of Eisuke Mikage but his father made him turn down the role.
• Write What You Know: Shizuka was based on Shotaro Ishinomori’s own sister, who was the only member of his family to support his mangaka career and died young.
