- Word of God: Apparently, some viewers misinterpreted Cartagia's assassination, believing that Vir had simply picked up the needle and Cartagia ran into it by accident when he turned around. JMS responded on the show's online forums that it was not accidental; Vir deliberately stabbed Cartagia and killed him.
