• Acting for Two:
  • Mai Kadowaki voices both Keiko Tanaka and Risa Kamizaki.
  • Haruka Lovely Morishima and Jessica Sexy Morishima are both voiced by Shizuka Itō.
• Executive Meddling: The ending to Kaoru's arc was censored because it was judged too dangerous. It features her and Junichi riding a bike together - in fairness, she's standing. But the lack of this leads to missed Book Ends since the prologue of episode 5 also has them on his bike.
  • Has now evolved into Screwed by the Network with Rihoko's arc being heavily modified and butchered to the point of going beyond Christmas (eliminating the "White Christmas" and "Snow Means Love" themes), and ending in just a Maybe Ever After. Because of this, Rihoko's arc in the second season is spent hooking them up.
