According to the author, the story runs on two different timelines. The first taking place between The Muzzle and Heavenly Yard Novels and the fanfic, the second taking place during the fanfic.
Prequel Timeline NOTE: These would be tagged as spoilers due to the actions of the light novels and fanfic
- Mid-Winter EC 999: World Ends
- Late Winter EC 1000: Events of "Seven Crimes and Punishments" and "Deadly Sins of Evil: The Muzzle of Nemesis"(Levia's illusionary world) took place.
- Early Spring EC 1000: Events of Master of the Heavenly Yard took place, Ma dies, Allen and Riliane preform Re_Birthday, but only restored the once damaged Ground World and the boundary between Heavenly Yard and Hellish Yard. Sickle begins constructing Modified Black Box. Forest Spirits, Demons, and Gods discover other realms constructed by Second Period humans who have thought to have perished long ago, though they were only a few. Demons sought the Capriccio Dimension's leader(s) and became employed at Capriccio Academy as Professors and staff. Behemo goes away on a personal journey.
- Mid Spring EC 1000: After recovering from being held captive by Ma, the Sinners are let out of the Hospital in the Heavenly Yard. They're freed from the Hellish Yard because they're no longer held down by their contracts thanks to Allen breaking it with Grim the End when Ma died, much to Gumillia's disapproval. But they're barred from the Heavenly Yard due to their past sins(and that a few of them tried provoking the court ending), so the distraught Sinners went their separate ways to the newly restored Ground World. The Sinner's loved ones were outraged by the rule preventing them from going to the Heavenly Yard. Allen decides to routinely watch his Sister and the Sinners from time to time to make sure they aren't lonely. Meanwhile, Banica travels to the Graveyard.
- Late Spring EC 1000: Emperor Jun was almost assassinated by a murderer disguised as Chef, Sickle and Held reunite with Emperor Jun after years of separation since Second Period's demise. While recovering, Jun took a great interest in Evillious's history and the Sinners, wishing to see them in person someday, at the same time he felt pity for Margarita and wishes to make her happy.
- Early Summer EC 1000: Behemo returns to Heavenly Yard after long hiatus, reveals he was journeying to different realms for negotiations and personal merriment. Demons of Sins are allowed to take a temporary leave from Capriccio Academy during Summer Vacation.
- Mid-Summer EC 1000: Sickle postpones project because of the "Very Amazing Bento Box" breaking, he and the gods spent a week trying to seal it and they successfully did, however, they began fearing that "he" will soon awaken. Sickle returns to create the Modified Black Box.
- Late-Summer EC 1000: Summer Vacation Ends, the Demons return to Capriccio Academy to work as Professors.
- Early Fall EC 1000: Banica, feeling homesick, returns to Evillious with her friends to settle down for a while.
- Mid Fall EC 1000: Sickle begins putting final touches on Modified Black Box, unaware that a Black Widow unintentionally snuck in and made a nest in the Box's basement. The Events of ~Living Together~ begins.
