** [[Characters/Joker2019ArthurFleckJoker Arthur Fleck/Joker]] in ''Film/Joker2019'' has become this by the final act. His capacity for empathy has drained away completely; he not only feels no remorse for any of his murders but actually seems to take pride in them and revels in destruction and chaos. He most likely kills his therapist, the only victim of his who's never wronged him.

* ''Film/TheWarriors'' Luthor from the Rogues kills the gang leader Cyrus, and blames it on the Warriors, all because he felt like doing it.

*** [[spoiler:Steve Raglan a.k.a.]] William Afton is a manipulative, psychopathic SerialKiller. He feels neither empathy nor remorse over his many crimes, which include butchering several children and trapping their souls. He perceives his crime spree as a childish game, like his kills are toy collections. [[spoiler:Even attacking and stabbing [[OffingTheOffspring his own daughter]] only horrifies him for a few seconds before he completely gets over it]]. He can act superficially charming enough to lure multiple children away to their deaths, and he rants and raves and resorts to violence when he can't get his own way.
*** [[EvilAunt Aunt Jane]], though not a SerialKiller, ticks off many of the boxes for a textbook sociopath herself. She sees her only known surviving relatives, her niece and nephew, as nothing more than a means to covet extra money for herself and a hindrance to that goal, respectively; she cares nothing for the wellbeing of either of them; she shamelessly uses manipulative tactics, including CrocodileTears to get what she wants; and she has no compunctions against resorting to criminality to get her own way (or discussing it in front of her laywer).

* ''Film/TheIceman'': Kuklinski, but even more so with Pronge, who goes out of his way to murder a 17-year-old girl and casually offers to kill his partner's wife and children on the condition that he kills his family in return.

** Other than a sliver of affection for [[EvenEvilHasLovedOnes Jill]] and his apprentices excluding [[BlackSheep Hoffman]], John Kramer doesn't seem to be capable of empathy anymore, placing numerous people in {{Death Trap}}s that, while survivable, inflict permanent physical and psychological wounds, and [[NeverMyFault adamantly refusing to acknowledge]] his culpability in their deaths; as far as he's concerned, he only sets up situations where others will either fail to survive or their choices will be responsible for the deaths of others. Lampshaded by one of his victims, Anna, who while no saint by any means, calls him out for his lack of compassion. While corrupting Hoffman early on in their relationship, he even explicitly states that purging feelings of empathy or remorse are necessary to do what he does.

* ''Film/WarDogs'': Efraim Diveroli. Beneath the exterior of a [[BigFun jovial]] [[SelfMadeMan entrepreneur]] is a ''deeply'' selfish person who is willing to [[ManipulativeBastard say whatever he thinks the person he's talking to wants to hear]] and throw those he supposedly cares about under the bus to save his own skin. One of the first major hints to his true nature is a scene where, having just shamelessly used his Jewish identity to help win over an investor hours before, immediately tries to spin a story involving his being a devout Christian to calm down an angry client. Towards the end of the film, he tells his [[WeUsedToBeFriends former friend and business partner David]] a story about watching their old favorite movie Scarface in a last ditch effort to get him to overlook his numerous acts of corporate backstabbing and manipulation. When David [[ShutUpHannibal cuts him off,]] he cheerfully admits Scarface wasn't even on.
** It should also be mentioned that the beginning of his downfall was when a contractor [[EvilIsPetty he refused to pay]] ratted him out, despite the fact that they could have easily afforded to pay him.

* ''Film/WarDogs'': Efraim Diveroli, with big emphasis on the consumate liar aspect. He's a conman whose ability to "be the person you wanted him to be" is described as a superpower. Towards the end of the film, he tells his [[WeUsedToBeFriends former friend and business partner David]] a story about watching their old favorite movie Scarface in a last ditch effort to get him to overlook his numerous acts of corporate backstabbing and manipulation. When David [[ShutUpHannibal cuts him off,]] he cheerfully admits Scarface wasn't even on.

* ''Film/BackToTheFuture'': Biff Tannen. At face value he's a BarbaricBully, but subsequent scenes show a lot of inclinations towards darker crimes with the only thing holding him back being self-preservation. In the first film he tries to run over "Calvin Klein" (really Marty [=McFly=]) in public for tripping him and attempts to rape Lorraine Baines. Things hit their zenith in [[Film/BackToTheFuturePartII the second film]]; when a younger Biff gets hold of an almanac handed to him by an older version of himself, he uses the knowledge to enrich himself, singlehandedly turn Hill Valley and other parts of the world into a CrapsackWorld, murders George (even crowing that no one will ever find out who did it because he has the cops in his pocket), and forces Lorraine to marry him, abusing him and her kids as much as he can. When the 1955 version sees "Calvin Klein" again near the end of the film, he attempts to run him over again, with an abject look of glee on his face.

* ''Film/TheSadist'': Charlie Tibbs is a SerialKiller ForTheEvulz who gets his jollies from his victims' helpless terror, and spends most of the movie toying with three [[spoiler:(then two, then just one)]] stranded motorists. [[spoiler:He gets his own helpless terror when he stumbles into a den of rattlesnakes, as the film's only surviving character gets away]].

** The Tethered in general are a psychotic race of clones that the government had created to control the populace above ground but were abandoned because they shared the same soul with their host. They take psychotic glee at murdering their counterparts and actively kill anyone else who got in their way. The one that stands out aside from the aforementioned [[spoiler: fake Adelaide]] is Umbrae who laughs maniacally in nearly every scene she appears in, murders a random man while chasing after Zora, and [[spoiler: even when she is horribly mangled and bleeding out]], she laughs giddily throughout.

* ''Film/TheJungleBook2016'' remake [[AdaptationalVillainy version of Shere Khan]]. Even for a tiger, he is [[AxCrazy bloodthirsty]] to the point that he will simply kill [[ForTheEvulz for no other reason but sport and fear]]. He can [[FauxAffablyEvil be charming, reasonable and polite, and then kill someone a second later]], as he shows with [[spoiler:Akela]]. He is [[TheUnfettered all too happy to break the Law of the Jungle]], but if it benefits him, he will refer to it. His grudge with Mowgli is far greater than would be reasonable as he refuses to leave the man-cub be after Mowgli leaves the wolf pack. He blames humanity for half-blinding him even though it would not have happened if he had just left [[spoiler:Mowgli and [[PapaWolf his father]]]] be. And he also refuses to accept any blame for his actions, along with showing disgust to the wolf pack for adopting Mowgli.
* ''Film/JurassicPark'': A case could be made to identify the ''Velociraptors'' as sociopaths, raised in an alien environment with no natural socialization (possibly even deliberately in order to make them act the way the park management wants them to act for the amusement of tourists), which leads to them breaking out of their cage and hunting down anything that moves.

** ''Film/JohnWick1''
*** Iosef Tarasov. He beats up John Wick [[EvilIsPetty for refusing his offer to buy John's car]], [[KickTheDog kills his puppy out of spite]] and shows no remorse over it. Even after his father tells him the puppy was a gift from John's late wife, he clearly could not care less. He even has no problem [[DirtyCoward having innocent people killed to slow John's pursuit of him]].

* ''Film/JohnWick'':
** Iosef Tarasov. He beats up John Wick [[EvilIsPetty for refusing his offer to buy John's car]], [[KickTheDog kills his puppy out of spite]] and shows no remorse over it. Even after his father tells him the puppy was a gift from John's late wife, he clearly could not care less. He even has no problem [[DirtyCoward having innocent people killed to slow John's pursuit of him]].
** Ms. Perkins. While Wick and the other villains have personal reasons for wanting to kill each other, Perkins's only motivation is money. She willingly breaks The Continental's rules in order to get her target, even murdering a colleague [[spoiler:(Harry)]] in cold blood, and shows absolutely no remorse doing it. On top of that, she plays up the superficial charm with Wick and even takes [[{{Sadist}} sick pleasure]] in watching [[spoiler:Marcus]] get tortured and killed.

* Daniel Lugo has exactly ''zero'' redeeming characteristics in ''Film/PainAndGain'', and feels no remorse for any of his actions.

* ''Film/WhoFramedRogerRabbit'': Judge Doom, the sadistic and heartless high judge of Toontown whom he rules over with iron fist occasionaly horribly killing any toon he feels like by melting in the Dip regardless of his innocence. While he claims to do it to bring order among toons this is actually an excuse to vent his xenophobic prejudice against them. The worst part however [[spoiler: is that 1) Doom is a toon himself under human disguise, 2) He's the one truly responsible behind all the bad things that happen in the movie, 3) He was planning the genocide of his own race for pure profit, 4) He's the same psychopathic toon criminal who killed Eddie Valiant's brother by smashing him with a piano.]]

* ''Film/{{Thursday}}'': Out of Nick's old friends from his [[ReformedCriminal former life of crime]], Dallas is the most likely to qualify. She murders a cashier for annoying her in the opening scene. Later, she brings up aspects of Casey's former life, ruining his chances at adoption, just to hold him captive. She decides she wants to have sex while waiting for Nick to show up, making it clear to Casey [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil she doesn't care that he's married and he has no choice in the matter]]. She also brags about the possibility that he'll father her child after she makes him orgasm and kill him. This woman has no sense of morality and it should be fortunate she did not have a child [[spoiler: thanks to a bullet in the head]].

* Norman Stansfield of ''Film/TheProfessional'' is a low-functioning kind of sociopath despite somehow being a [[DirtyCop DEA agent]]. He has a HairTriggerTemper, [[FauxAffablyEvil can appear superfluously charming but can't maintain it]], and shows no empathy for human life whatsoever.

* ''Film/{{Nighthawks}}'': Wulfgar, Wulfgar, '''WULFGAR'''. He is a cold, manipulative terrorist who easily fakes being [[FauxAffablyEvil friendly and charming]], but shown absolutely no real feeling toward anyone, even his comrades.

* ''Film/{{Malignant}}'': Gabriel manipulates Madison's visual cortex to make her think she was living her life normally while he took the wheel. That, and he would pretend to be friendly to his twin sister only to subtly push her to commit increasingly heinous actions. He is greatly self-centered and part of his resentment towards Sydney had to do with him feeling obsolete. But it is made crystal clear that he only values Madison because he needs her body to survive and thinks nothing of psychologically tormenting her. While he was motivated primarily to take out the doctors who performed the surgery to remove him from Madison, all the other murders suggest a form of stimulation on his end. And, naturally, he had no remorse for any of his monstrous behavior instead trying to pitch the blame on others.
