Flash vs. Arrow (The Flash)
- Barry telling Caitlin he's not Ronnie, so she should stop treating him like he is. He's under Bivolo's influence, sure, but it's still an incredibly hurtful thing to say.
- Let's face it, everything Barry says and does under the Hate Plague. Barry's such a sweet and nice guy, to see him of all people acting like this is equal part shocker, and equal part Tear Jerker. But the real kicker is that everything he says is ''true''.
- There's also Barry's "The Reason You Suck" Speech to Oliver, telling him that he'll never be as powerful as the Flash no matter how hard he trains or works. This has a brutal case of Harsher in Hindsight, seeing as how Season 3 of Arrow has Oliver beaten and stabbed by Ra's Al Ghul and left wondering how much good he's doing for the world by himself. And then the Flash defeats almost everyone in the League of Assasins in under two minutes even when Oliver put together a long plan of infiltration that alienated his friends.
- Barry's rant to Eddie is a huge one. Although Barry was clearly hurt that Iris got a boyfriend, he never seemed to have any ill will towards Eddie, and he considered him as a friend. Here, however, we see that Barry clearly had some resentment that he tried to hide, only for the Hate Plague to bring out in all of its raw fury.
- Oliver and Barry both looking at Felicity and Iris.Oliver: Guys like us don't get the girl.
- When the Flash apologizes to Iris for his Hate Plague-induced behavior, he just sounds so destroyed.The Flash: Iris, I'm sorry.
- It gets worse, as he literally runs away from her. Even at super-speed, we can see he is crying.
The Brave and the Bold (Arrow)
- Ollie explaining to Barry all the shit that happened to those close to him, and concluding that he is not really emotionally healthy.
