Episode 1

• Dragon Ball
  • Minatsu suggests a plot point of getting seven things to have any wish for the anime adaptation. In response Ken goes super Saiyan.
  • Minatsu later suggests changing the adaptation to a story about collecting seven balls with stars in them. Ken responds with a single word, “Evolution”, in reference to Dragon Ball Evolution.

Minatsu: Then let’s change it to a story about collecting seven balls with stars in them...
Ken: Evolution.
Minatsu: Don’t even say that name!

• Mafuyu suggests turning the series into a BL anime, and claims it will be as big as Black Butler.
• Haruhi Suzumiya
  • Kurimu attempts to retitle the series to “The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya”.

Kurimu: Let’s make the new title... How do you spell “Melancholy”?
Ken: You don’t!
Kurimu: If we do, everybody will watch our show!
Ken: That’s a crime!

Episode 4

• Ai Enma makes a cameo appaearence.

Episode 6

• An extended reference and parody of Super Sentai is made when the council plans a themed stage show for their school festival.

Episode 7

• Mafuyu goes on a rant comparing herself to a weak, early-game character in Dragon Quest.
• An eye-catch features Mafuyu as she would appear in the Monster Hunter series.
• Ken attempts to rehash the Resident Evil parody, but is stopped partway.

Episode 8

• Erisu makes a perfect recreation of a Metal Gear from Metal Gear while playing cat’s cradle.

Episode 9

• Chizuru lends Minatsu her Death Note and she gains the ability to see Ryuk, who is hovering around Chizuru, and eating an apple.
