World's Worst Tenants is a reality TV show that ran on Spike TV (Now known as The Paramount Network). It follows eviction specialists Todd Howard, his wife Randye, and Rick Moore, as they help property owners remove troublesome tenants from apartments, houses, etc.

- Axe-Crazy: The amateur taxidermist in "Animal Instink" is one of the craziest on the show. He has a sick artistic style, and has dead animal carcasses stored in his loft. He's taken several dead animals into the loft he lived in, which caused his loft to stink terribly. When Todd and company confronted him about it, he angrily slammed the door in their faces. The trio came back the next day while the taxidermist was gone, and when he came back, he came at them with a hacksaw. He was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, and evicted from the loft.
