Officially named "Among Us Animation", but is nicknamed "Rodamrix" after the creator with the same name, Among Us Animation is a web animation series revolving around the 2018 social deduction game Among Us. The series is built on with a new story outside the canon Among Us lore, all in which is based off the creator's own story.
Notes
- Species will count as a "team", making Friendly Fire Index and other group-related tropes important.
- If a member of either group leaves to help the other, it will count as Enemy Mine, said trope being subverted when with the same species
Among Us Animation contains a multitude amount of tropes shown.
- Ambiguous Gender: Every character in the series is confirmed to be genderless by the creator, encouraging fans to headcanon the genders themselves.
- Enemy Mine: Shown in Alternate when Purple and Pink works together with Red and the crewmates to escape an enraged Shapeshifter in Red 2/2. It is unknown if this also applies to Dark Slate Blue and Green's friendship, as the former already acted friendly towards the latter despite being an impostor in Main.
- Friendly Fire Index: There are multiple cases of the characters going against their own kind. One example in Main is when Glitch.Y, an impostor, starts a fight with Shapeshifter, another impostor. Another example in Alternate is when all the impostors (aside from Purple and Pink with each other) fight against the other in a free-for-all.
- Pictorial Speech-Bubble: The series' dialogue consists solely on said trope, having text rarely included, forcing the viewers to interpret what the characters are saying.
