What If...? Aliens is a 2024 comic book limited series from the 20th Century Studios imprint of Marvel Comics. It's written by Hans Rodionoff and Adam F. Goldberg, with art by Guiu Vilanova and color art by Yen Nitro. In addition to Goldberg and Rodionoff, Paul Reiser, Leon Reiser and Brian Volk-Weiss are credited for the story concept.The series combines Marvel's What If? concept — which tells Alternate History versions of previous stories — with the sci-fi horror of the Alien franchise and, specifically, the plot of Aliens.
In the original film, Corrupt Corporate Executive Carter Burke is killed by the Xenomorphs almost immediately after the marines discover he's betrayed them. In this version, Burke escapes and survives.
