SD Sengokuden Tenka Touitsu Hen is the third work in the SD Sengokuden Series released from 1991 to 1992.
After the battle against Yami Shogun, Musha Alex ends up in the past and loses his memories. There, he meets the brothers Hoou Gundam and Ikazuchi Gundam, who're carrying the Sacred Treasure of the Earth Emperor. Said Sacred Treasure chooses Musha Alex, and he is reborn as Neo Alex. Together Alex, Hoou, and Ikazuchi join up as Gundam San Bushou and search for the remaining Sacred Treasures as well as Alex's memory.
Rare for a work in a long-going SD Gundam series, this series doesn't introduce any new works from the main Gundam franchise to base its characters off of.
