Sandbox / Old Shame Wick Cleaning

A space to keep track of the wick cleaning effort for Old Shame. It was decided in TRS to merge out-of-universe/meta examples with Creator Backlash (broadening Creator Backlash's scope in the process) while retooling Old Shame as an IUEO trope for when characters are ashamed of things from their pasts (in turn retooling it into a supertrope for tropes like I Was Young and Needed the Money and Once Done, Never Forgotten). Examples should be checked to see whether they're referring to a creator disowning a work (in which case they should be moved to Creator Backlash) or a character expressing shame about their past (in which case they should stay under Old Shame).
