During idle chat amongst the Pantheon/GUAGSuperHeroDivision for a candidate to represent HumbleHero, Genos asked Saitama if he had someone in mind. The next day, a request was delivered to the Court of the Gods. The day after that, Mumen Rider was invited to the Pantheon.
