Go To

Fire Emblem Way of the Warrior is a Play-by-Post roleplay site created in 2005. It takes place on the continent of Elibe in the world of Fire Emblem 6 and 7, taking mechanics from the game and working them into the way an organic original work is told.

In an alternate timeline to the original games, everything is the same but the characters and the conflicts they're held up in. In the first arc in the era where the roleplay takes place, the King of Bern raises troops for a war, and after he is

  • Ancestral Weapon - Quite a few, Donovan uses the sword of a previous incarnation, as does his eternal partner, Perun. Selibas' sword was used by his paternal ancestor thousands of years before the Khan's birth.
  • Animal Motifs - Notably Richter for lion, Perun for bears, and Selibas for wolves.
  • The Apprentice - Val under the tutelage of Yaen is one of the few long term player examples.
  • Barbarian Tribe - The view of many in Elibe in regards to the people of Sacae.
  • Bash Brothers - Donovan and Perun are one of the most effective teams Elibe has to offer, and they happen to be the best of buds.
  • Knight Errant - Cen, he's not quite at the Knight part, but he's one of the most Knightly warriors roaming the land righting wrongs and helping the common people.
  • Husky Russkie - Perun is a massive, hairy, booze swilling, fight loving, polytheistic, axe wielding, love machine with a few thousand bear motifs thrown around every time he walks into a room. He even has the accent.
  • Grim Up North - Ilia is frigid and rocky.
  • Old Soldier - Few and far between, Ilheod is a rare Commissioned Officer example, as leader of the Night Wings.
