In order to avoid being hunted down and captured/killed by the Union, Andy and Fuuko seek out one of the group's members in order to kill them and take their seat in the organization.
Shen returns to the Union headquarters and is greeted by his assistant Mui, who informs him that Gina, another member of the Union, is pursuing Andy and Fuuko. Said duo are currently on their way to Russia, traveling on Andy's yacht through. As they trek across the ocean, they're attacked by two Union jets who begin to shoot at them. Andy quickly disposes of them using his "Parts Bullet Fist" attack. Fuuko asks if this means that they can now join the Union, but Andy tells her they need to kill someone with the organization's symbol on them to join. He theorizes about who could potentially be wearing the symbol, guessing it's either Unbreakable, a Negator who Andy stole his sword from, the engineer who experimented on Andy 50 years ago, or the woman who captured Andy 50 years ago using her invisible barriers.
Up in a satellite, the previously mentioned barrier woman listens in on Andy and Fuuko's conversation. She notes to herself Andy hasn't changed a bit and is still the same man she fell in love with in the past. She then launches an attack that fires from the satellite and destroys Andy's boat. Fuuko passes out underwater, but Andy is able to pull her onto the boat's wreckage and resuscitate her. Another Union jet shows up and holds the two at gunpoint, but Andy has a plan to escape. He tells Fuuko that he believes that the Unluck that occurs after she's touched in a way that she finds intimate is greater than normal, and then reveals that he gave her mouth-to-mouth while she was unconscious. This causes an underwater volcano to erupt, blasting the duo atop the jet. Andy swiftly kills the pilot, and they take the jet for themselves, flying the rest of the way to Russia.
When the two eventually land down in Russia, Andy goes to recruit some old friends to help in the upcoming battle, leaving Fuuko alone. She tries to avoid the locals but her eye is eventually caught by a woman painting on the beach. The woman takes great interest in Fuuko due to her fascination with Japanese culture, and she offers to let Fuuko paint with her. While painting, the woman asks how Fuuko feels about change, explaining that she personally prefers things that stay the same, which is why she likes painting. Fuuko asks for some time to think about the question.
As the day turns to night, Fuuko finally finishes her painting, which is of the full moon in the night sky. The woman asks what the sparkles around the moon are meant to be, and Fuuko explains that, even though the only objects in space are the sun and moon, she decided to give the moon some friends as it looked lonely. Fuuko then answers the previous question about change, saying that she appreciates the changes she's currently going through. The woman responds that Fuuko's words are lovely before she begins to walk on top of the nearby lake. A large chunk of the lake's water then rises into a floating platform, and Andy returns to slash at the woman atop it. She reveals herself to be Gina, the Union member they've been sent to kill and prepares to square off against the two.
She immediately begins running at the duo, initially excited to see Andy after so many years, but Andy's attempts to slice her with his sword upset her. She reveals that she fell in love with Andy 50 years ago, after she captured him, due to his cool attitude. She asks Andy to join Union by filling Void's spot, and Andy responds by trying to attack her. An invisible barrier protects her from harm, and Andy resolves to figure out exactly how her power works. After Gina uses her power to lock Andy's legs in place, Andy puts a live grenade in his mouth, cuts his head off his head, and then flings it into the air where he regenerates the rest of his body and explodes. The rain of blood this causes exposes the barrier that surrounds Gina, and Andy reveals that her power, Unchange, which allows her to negate an object's ability to change its state of being.
Andy pulls Fuuko onto his back, placing his head through her shirt so that her stomach a chest can rub against his back and charge up some Unluck. Gina is upset by this and claims that Fuuko seduced Andy with her large chest, and claims that Fuuko's chest will be saggy in several years, unlike Gina who will remain forever young due to her power. Andy points out that her power doesn't work on herself, which sets Gina off.
Andy and Fuuko continue to avoid Gina's attacks until they eventually end up back on the giant water platform Gina created earlier. There, Gina reveals her UMA-scanning ship and admits that she hates change because she wants to stay young with the person she loves forever. She attempts to kill Fuuko, arguing that she'd never make it in the Union, but Andy keeps her safe. Andy soon realizes that there's a hole at the bottom of Gina's surrounding barrier that allows her to walk around with it, and uses his sword and a bit of leverage to create an opening. Fuuko throws his severed head through the hole, and the Unluck that's been charging up results in the UMA-scanning ship malfunctioning and firing a laser and Andy and Gina, blasting the two far away.
The laser proves to be fatal for Gina, and as she's dying, she admits that she initially wanted to change the world by joining the Union, but failed to do so. Her makeup, which she'd been using her ability on to appear younger, begins to crumble away, though Andy claims that she's still beautiful anyway. The two kiss before Gina finally succumbs to her wounds, and Andy and Fuuko leave to go eat as they reflect on their actions. While eating, Andy admits that Gina always seemed like she wanted to die secretly, and tells Fuuko that her Unluck gave her what she wanted. Fuuko tells Andy that, once they join the Union, she wants to change it so that no one has to suffer as Gina did. As the two toast to Gina, a creature emerges from a crack in the ceiling and grabs them both, warping them to the Union's meeting place. Andy uses "Parts Bullet" and fires his fingers at the various Negators sitting at the roundtable, but all of them manage to avoid or parry the attack. The leader welcomes them to Union, and Andy and Fuuko finish their toast upon landing in their seats.

Tropes:
- Arc Villain: Gina acts as the titular antagonist of the arc.
- Bittersweet Ending: Gina's death, while the ultimate goal of the arc, is presented as a somber affair. Fuuko tears up as Gina slowly succumbs to her wounds and Andy stays by her side until she finally passes. That said, Fuuko and Andy can now join the Union, and both resolve to change it once they do so that no one else will suffer as Gina did.
