When Lightning wants to play catch, it turns out it's raining outside. The other kids try to dissuade him from trying to play catch indoors.

- "Could Have Avoided This!" Plot: MacArthur points out that the kids could have just bought a tub of plaster for three dollars instead of fighting a space squid, competing in reality TV, and getting eaten by a whale to obtain an immunity idol.
- Failure Is the Only Option: In none of Izzy's Imagine Spots are the kids able to get away with the hole.
- Faux Horrific: A hole in the drywall. As Courtney points out, the daycare has been blown up in the past. Izzy manages to get to her by showing how it would affect her presidential candidacy as an adult.
- Imagine Spot: Izzy comes up with a worst case scenario of how playing catch indoors could go horribly wrong, which creates a hole in the drywall. And then she comes up with even more outlandish ways on how this would be a bad thing, like preventing Courtney from becoming president of the world and allowing rats to wage war on humanity.
- New Jobs As The Plot Demands: MacArthur is now a cashier at a hardware store, at least in Izzy's imagination.
- "Not Making This Up" Disclaimer: Courtney reads the school policy, and finds that the punishments Izzy described (thrown in jail, catapulted away, a cake full of angry crabs, and being stranded on the moon) are actually standard.
- Painted Tunnel, Real Train: Covering the hole with a poster of a beach allows Jude, Owen, Beth, and Duncan to run through to a real beach, but not Cody, who crashes into the wall and causes the poster to fall, exposing the hole to Chef.
- Portal Door: After defeating a space squid, the kids recover a key from it that turns any door they use it to open into a portal to Camp Wawanakwa.
- Produce Pelting: Presidential Candidate Courtney gets tomatoes thrown at her when her opponent reveals how she couldn't stop a hole in the drywall.
