The first of a two-parter with "Idiots Are People Three!"
When Liz apologizes for Tracy after he says something homophobic, Tracy takes offense at her calling him an "idiot" and decides to organize a protest of NBC led by his peers. Meanwhile, Jenna and Kenneth accidentally break some equipment, and find themselves in a race to cover up their crimes before it's too late. Also, Jack learns about Liz's new boyfriend and starts vetting him.
The 30 Rock episode "Idiots Are People Two!" contains examples of:
